Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern your use of https://www.solrenzo.com and purchases from Solrenzo Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202615045R), trading as Solrenzo. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract and provide accurate, current and complete information. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content unlawfully, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
2. Product information
We take reasonable care to present accurate product information. Measurements may be approximate, and colours or finishes may appear differently because of displays, photography, lighting or production variation. Manufacturer specifications may change without notice. If a material error is discovered before fulfilment, we will contact you and provide appropriate options.
You are responsible for ensuring suitability for your project and compliance with site-specific requirements. Advice provided by us is general product assistance unless expressly agreed in writing as a professional design, engineering or installation service.
3. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only and does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A binding sale contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, confirm procurement with the supplier, or dispatch the product, whichever occurs first.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock, pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment issue, shipping restriction, supplier discontinuation or other reasonable operational reason. If payment has been taken for an order we do not accept, we will refund it.
4. Special orders and consolidation
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are special-order items procured for your confirmed order and may be consolidated with other shipments from overseas. Once procurement or fulfilment has begun, customer-requested cancellation, exchange or return is not permitted, subject always to our obligations for non-conforming goods and applicable law.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST, delivery and other charges will be displayed at checkout or quoted before order confirmation. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total shown.
If an obvious pricing or system error occurs, we may correct it before acceptance and ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. We will not fulfil an order at an obviously erroneous price where it would be unreasonable to expect us to do so.
6. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions are subject to their stated period, eligibility and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or used for delivery charges. We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by error, misuse or fraud, subject to accepted orders and applicable law.
7. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms. You must provide accurate delivery information and reasonable access. Risk and title pass as stated in that policy.
8. Cancellations, defects and returns
Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. No clause excludes remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to goods that do not conform to the contract.
9. Installation and safety
Electrical products must be installed, tested and maintained by appropriately qualified persons and used in accordance with instructions, ratings and applicable requirements. Isolate the power supply before electrical work. Do not install products that appear damaged, incomplete or unsuitable.
10. Intellectual property
The website and its text, graphics, logos, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product brands, images and materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping and legitimate business enquiries but may not reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit content without permission.
11. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, social platforms and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond the extent required by law.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of the website or products.
For customers purchasing wholly or mainly for business purposes, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. This business-customer limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss reasonably arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent conduct or breach of these Terms.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is generally the version published when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer’s right to use another dispute-resolution forum available under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly.

17. Installation and product information
17.1 Supply and advice
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Solrenzo supplies products only and does not provide architectural, lighting-design, electrical-engineering or installation certification. Product guidance is general information and does not replace assessment by an appropriately qualified professional familiar with the site and applicable requirements.
17.2 Qualified installation
Electrical products must be installed, tested and maintained by a suitably qualified electrician in accordance with manufacturer instructions, product ratings and applicable Singapore requirements. Power must be safely isolated before work. Retain proof of professional installation for possible warranty claims.
17.3 Compatibility
Before ordering and installation, confirm voltage and frequency; light source and wattage; driver or transformer; dimmer and control protocol; cut-out and mounting dimensions; load and fixing surface; IP rating; bathroom zone; indoor, outdoor or coastal suitability; ventilation and clearances; and access for future maintenance.
17.4 LED colour and performance
LED colour temperature, brightness and finish may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances or between production batches. When colour consistency is critical, order the required quantity together and consult us before purchase. Published lumen output, colour temperature, lifespan and energy data are manufacturer specifications measured under stated or standard conditions and actual performance may vary with installation and environment.
17.5 Images, dimensions and finishes
Product images and room scenes are illustrative and may not show exact scale. Screen settings and ambient lighting affect perceived colour. Verify technical drawings and stated dimensions rather than estimating from an image. Natural materials and hand-finished surfaces may show inherent variation.
17.6 Bathroom, exterior and coastal use
An IP rating applies only when the product is correctly installed and maintained. Suitability depends on the exact location, exposure and applicable zone or environmental requirements. A product described for exterior use may not necessarily be suitable for coastal, marine, high-salinity, chemically aggressive or continuously wet environments unless specifically rated for that use.
17.7 Safety and damaged products
Do not energise or install a product that appears damaged, incomplete, modified or incorrectly supplied. Stop using a product if it overheats, emits smoke or unusual odour, sparks, becomes loose, or otherwise appears unsafe. Isolate power where safe and contact a qualified electrician and Solrenzo.
17.8 Project and site costs
Allow for inspection and functional testing before irreversible installation or completion of surrounding finishes. Solrenzo is not automatically responsible for project delay, access, removal, reinstallation, scaffolding, ceiling or wall repair, painting or other site costs merely because a product requires assessment, repair or replacement. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
