We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and other applicable requirements.
1. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
· identity and contact data, such as name, billing and delivery address, email address and telephone number;

Payment card details are generally processed by payment providers and may not be stored directly by us. Do not provide identification numbers or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a lawful and necessary purpose.
2. How we collect personal data
We collect data directly from you, automatically through the website and cookies, and from service providers or business partners involved in payments, delivery, fraud prevention, analytics, marketing, customer service or order fulfilment.
3. Purposes of collection, use and disclosure
We may process personal data to:
· provide quotations, process orders and payments, procure products and arrange delivery;
· create and manage accounts and customer records;
· communicate about orders, availability, delays, support, returns and warranty claims;
· verify transactions, prevent fraud and maintain website security;
· improve our website, products, service and customer experience;
· send marketing communications where permitted and manage your preferences;
· comply with accounting, tax, legal, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations;
· establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
· carry out business administration, audits, restructuring or a sale of business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. Consent and other permitted processing
Where consent is required, we will notify you of the relevant purposes. By providing personal data or using a feature after receiving notice, you consent to the stated processing. We may also collect, use or disclose personal data without consent where the PDPA or another law permits or requires it.
You may withdraw consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and may prevent us from providing services that require the data, such as fulfilling an outstanding order.
5. Disclosure and service providers
We may disclose relevant personal data to Shopify and website providers; payment processors and banks; overseas suppliers and manufacturers; warehouses, freight forwarders, customs agents and delivery providers; IT, cloud, security, analytics, marketing and professional advisers; insurers; regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies; and a purchaser or successor in a genuine corporate transaction.
We disclose only data reasonably needed for the relevant purpose and require appropriate handling where practicable.
6. Overseas transfers
Some recipients or systems may be located outside Singapore, including Shopify, technology providers, suppliers and manufacturers. Where the PDPA applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, subject to lawful exceptions.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use necessary, functional, analytics and advertising cookies or similar technologies. Necessary cookies support functions such as checkout and security. Other cookies help remember preferences, understand site use or measure marketing. You can manage available choices through our cookie banner or browser settings, although disabling necessary cookies may affect website operation. See our Cookie Notice for more information.
8. Marketing
Where permitted, we may send news, product updates or promotions. You may opt out using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may still send non-marketing communications relating to transactions, service or safety.
9. Protection and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No internet or storage method is completely secure. We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal or business requirements, warranty support and dispute handling, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
10. Accuracy, access and correction
Please keep your information accurate. Subject to the PDPA and permitted exceptions, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, information about how it was used or disclosed, or correction of an error. We may verify identity, request details and charge a reasonable fee where permitted, which we will notify in advance.
11. Children
Our website is not directed at children. If you are under the legal age to contract, use the website only with a parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorisation.
12. Third-party websites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we encourage you to review them.

If a personal-data breach occurs, we will assess and address it and make notifications where required by the PDPA.
